Been coming to Diamond City Bread for years but over the last few months we've noticed that these loaves of bread have large air pockets almost to the point where you can't make a sandwich with this bread because the holes of the size of golf balls. I don't know what's been going on here lately but this is very disappointing.
Sadly disappointed with them and the service over the holiday.
We went in and pre-ordered (and pre-paid) our Christmas dinner breads early, as recommended.
When my husband went in to pick up, our most important, sourdough bread was not available! (We needed this flavor because of some allergies in family)
They told us we needed to pick something else that they had available at that time.
(Even though we pre-ordered and pre-paid 4 days prior!!!)

I love the breads and baked goods – also great coffee. But the best part of the experience is by far Christine – her smile and cheerful, energetic demeanor always brightens my day! 😍
