The gentleman hosting was doing a great job of greeting new customers warmly, helping the servers, seating according to sections, and was friendly and chatty during his brief interactions with customers. Server was very pleasant and kind, unfortunately the manager refused to scan our coupon claiming they weren't allowed to take them. She could of just been nice about it instead of having such a rude attitude ?
