My husband and I had a great experience at the Cafe! Fantastic burgers with a really unique selection. The atmosphere is rustic and comfortable, and the outdoor seating had a nice view of the lake. This definitely became our new favorite spot to eat in Ely! I highly recommend.
Great view of the lake from outside- love the porch under the trees overlooking the lake. Waitress was a local w advice on great places to hike or visit. Also had these amazing watermelon daiquiris ( and other flavors to mix n match) ? yum! So many different varieties of ? burgers!! I got the blue heron w blue cheese and fancy jam.

Excellent meal on a winter Saturday night. Staff was warm & welcoming. We had the traditional walleye dinner and both the fish & the chips were exceptional! Also enjoyed the sweet chili wings! Slightly expensive but the food was great. Beautiful rustic atmosphere overlooking the lake. We’ll be back!
