“Post pandemic improvements really made this a great spot for sports, drinks, dart and pool league as well as events with a space above the bar available for rental. Always good service and an owner who truly looks out for his patrons safety!“

“My boys and I were camping at Jay Cooke State Park and wanted to find a local place to eat. This place had good reviews, but not good enough! Unique menu items gave way to our top places to eat. My 14 year old had the Voucy Loucy, and claimed it was top 3 burger of all time. I had the Buffalo chicken sandwich with Mac and cheese... yes it was awesome!“

“A cute, clean and fun country local pub with great people, bands and FABULOUS FOOD. Good specials. The best wings I have ever had and that is saying something. Philly Cheesesteak with au jus is hubby's favorite. Super good homemade pizza and lots more. You will not be disappointed in the food or the service.“

“I ain’t even gonna hold you this place is pretty gas. Only downside is they don’t allow guns and cigs. The pizza I got with a side of bull balls was the best food I’ve ever had. “It must be a night "off". I ordered a small lasagna with an extra slice of garlic bread. Upon opening, the lasagna was deconstructed. the sauce was amazing but chunky! The meal was luke warm and tasted microwaved. I'll try again because the sauce is so good. *Sidenote* I was told 5 p.m. so the driver who came back from delivery took my name. The young woman was so friendly when she came out! Unless it had been sitting 15 minutes, it shouldn't have been luke warm with hard cheese. I recommend a second try but not sure when. There are many places with hot, fresh lasagna.“

“This is a must stop pizza place either heading to, or coming from Duluth, or stopping in Cloquet! This pizza was so good I almost forgot to take a photo of it, hence the missing pieces. This pizza was loaded with fresh toppings and the crust was crisp and fresh, even the middle pieces had a crunch! “They aren’t open very often but Byron and Caroline are very friendly. Breakfast is delicious and super good prices! They also have an assortment of homemade jams, honey, and syrup you can by inside they restaurant. Great small town feel and hospitality. The kids love it.“

“This tastes like the pizza I remember! We are now ordering weekly and the service is so good here. They're always friendly, get the order right, and always on time. I only hope that a sit-down is opened in the Ports at some point. For good measure toss in some old stand-up video games and a juke box. Thanks for having such a great alternative for the GND area!“
