As a now past employee because management has the brain of a walnut I would like to shed some light on the situation you are dealing with when you eat at good old Perkins in fairmont. Training as a server there not a single employee can be seen washing their hands. Ever. I witnessed many employees eating on the line and going straight from stuffing their faces to carrying plates out.
