“I like getting boba from this place a lot whenever I go to Maplewood Mall but sometimes I order and every time I have ordered, there’s no straws that come with the drinks. I feel like it’s better if you guys include straws inside the bags because what’s the point of boba or drinks if there’s no straws that come with automatically? It’s still an amazing place and I love the mochi donuts too but PLEASEEEE include straws in online delivery orders because the delivery people don’t grab the straws for us.“

“I stopped to purchase a bag of beans. The staff person was delightful, friendly, efficient and took care to make sure that I really wanted the decaf that I had selected. The labeling is somewhat subtle and they made sure that i knew that it was decaf. I really appreciate that attention to detail.“

When I arrived the staff was beyond accommodating. Not only did they have my princess torte, they also sliced two other kinds of cake for my family. While I was waiting, the cashier offered me a warm cup of coffee as well as a warm, delicious fresh out of the oven blueberry donut. For free! Talk about a birthday present! to top it off she sent me home with candles for the cake. “My kids and I love to go here for their Mochinut. We always enjoy their Mochinut and their drinks, but the wait is always long for them to make the drinks. We recently tried their eggrolls (it’s not on their wall menu yet, you have to ask for it), wasn’t a fan of it. It’s almost $9 for 6 mini eggrolls (about the length of my index finger). They’re crunchy, mainly veggies, and flavor is more Korean style cause you can taste that sesame oil that they put in there (at least that’s what I think). Maybe this is how they love their eggrolls but not my cup of tea.“

“You HAVE to go here. This place is amazing! The entire floor is adorably 70s themed, but the coffee itself makes me so happy. The barista we had was so friendly and smiley early in the morning. I want to say her name was Blishisea. The coffee was great and it was clear she took a ton of pride in how well the coffee came out. It was delicious. Donut was too! Hoping they'll expand their donut selection someday (as their signs focused on the donut availability), but if you're only going to lead with one, an oreo one is the way to go.“

My coffee was made just the way I like it—fresh, smooth, and the perfect pick-me-up while shopping. The donuts were fresh and delicious, especially the classic glazed and Boston Kreme.
The location is clean, well-organized, and convenient to stop by during a mall visit. I also appreciated how quickly my order was ready despite it being busy. Definitely one of my favorite Dunkin' spots—great service, tasty food, and the perfect caffeine fix. Highly recommend if you’re in the mall and need a quick, satisfying break!“
