The food is always fantastic and quick to the table. We've enjoyed all of the recommended dishes and it's our go-to spot when we're in Faribault (more than two hours from home). This food is the closest we've found in the state to all the delicious Asian options we had in Western Washington.
To top off the great experiences we have had at 1st of Thai, we have also had lovely conversations with the owners, who offered suggestions for markets in the area.

This restaurant has multiple Asian dishes (Vietnamese and Thai) and I'd recommend and definitely go again.
We had papaya salad, spring rolls, cream cheese wontons, pho and tom yum soup.
My only recommendation is be careful on spice level.. we ordered medium spice and there was no spice...

I ordered the hot and spicy Vietnamese style with tofu for delivery. The meal was delicious! It was spicy as it states, with a sweetness to the sauce. The lemongrass shines through as well. The meal was delivered quickly and was hot when I received it. I would definitely recommend and would have again!
