When ordering my breakfast I was asked if I wanted cheese on my hash browns leading me to believe hash browns came with the meal. I said no thanks to the cheese. Only when my meal came did I find out that the hash browns were not a part of the meal and there is also a up charge for the hash browns. If I had ordered the cheese with the hash browns I would not have known about the up charge until I reviewed my recipe. Feeling this was intentional. And not appropriated. It’s okay...
My friend and I ordered the classic breakfast and asked for extra crispy hash browns and extra crispy bacon. Both were spot on! We ordered coffee as well and had to ask how to get it. They pointed to a coffee machine station, so I went over and stood with another guest who was trying to figure out the cup sizes and how to work the machines. My friend's black coffee overflowed, despite entering the cup size on the screen. I stopped my coffee to prevent that from happening....
