Terrible customer service. I have been coming here for years with the same order. I got a few extra drinks this morning and the girls working the drive thru were very rude and short. They didn’t give me the $1 off my large drink, gave me one drink short , one of the girls that took the order gave attitude right away saying no you didn’t and they were the ones having trouble hearing through the microphone from the big delivery truck in the line. I wasn’t given a receipt with my purchase and then when they added the 2nd missing small beverage, they didn’t give me a straw and made sure to ignore the window. Worst experience I’ve had in years here. I truly hope some sort of management sees this and address their staff. We were there around 9:20am on August 8th and ordered two large drinks and two strawberry cream coolers.

The lumberjack breakfast sandwich is absolutely the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. The coffee is good. A bit too sweet so if that's an issue, order half sweet. But the star of the show is the lumberjack!

so, i’m very sorry to inform this. every time i get the same drink almost daily, and for some odd reason my drink is always not what i asked for. the berry c energy with lemonade sparkling water and NO coldfoam. i’m always gifted with either water in it or coldfoam. i’m very sad to have to write this and i hope my drink will be made right tomorrow
