so, i’m very sorry to inform this. every time i get the same drink almost daily, and for some odd reason my drink is always not what i asked for. the berry c energy with lemonade sparkling water and NO coldfoam. i’m always gifted with either water in it or coldfoam. i’m very sad to have to write this and i hope my drink will be made right tomorrow

The girl taking my order was kind of rude, not friendly at all. So much so that I’ll skip this location next time and go to the one in hyvee. Caribou also quit selling coffee less coolers and frozen hot chocolate, which is a bummer.
Had the BEST frozen coffee I have ever had in MY LIFE! My daughter got a berry shaker and she said it was also amazing:) she’s VERY picky so this is a huge compliment. Friendly , patient lady on the window. Super nice and the drinks were on point. Price was also good for drive thru coffee. Wish we had a Caribou Coffee near us in South GA!!!!!!

Through the app, I went to purchase an iced mocha. After checking out, I seen three items added to my order. Scone, cookies, and oatmeal. Maybe there's a combo button I accidently pressed, but I'm not seeing anything upon looking again. Iced mocha is good. Oatmeal is a sugar bomb. Could hardly eat it. Cookies weren't received. Originally, I put three stars because I was irritated, but changed to 4 since I used to come here often with no problems.
