Food is always good.
Ice cream is always better!
Staff sometimes cheery but food and ice-cream still good. You can seat inside or outside. Trails are next to it.

Dairy Queen Employees do better! Went there this evening, and ordered 2 meals, 1 6 piece chicken stripe meal, and 1 4 piece chicken stripe meal. Went through the drive thru. Went home and was going to eat. Opened our boxes of food, our toast wasn't toasted, it was a piece of white bread, with one small spot of butter and both of our toast was thrown in there and smashed. My fries were just crumbs... something I always look forward to is the toast and fries... disappointed, will not be going back. Do better Dairy Queen.

We always experience a lot of value at DQ. This spot in particular is staffed with very friendly folks, the value I get for my food is good. The food is always hot, ice cream cold and always delicious.
Decent hotdogs!

Nice spacious clean Dairy Queen. Went to try maple cookie shake and Carmel toffee cookie Blizzard that we see on tv ads. Both were really good. Had lunch too. Had booths and tables. Plenty of space.

Fairly quick stop driving back from Mankato area to the Twin Cities. Long light to cross over the intersection. Drive-through seemed like a long wait so went inside to place orders. We ordered chicken strips but order came as a basket (surprised because thought I only ordered chicken strips. should have been obvious with price I paid). Thought it was strange when asked what beverage was wanted but asked if I could have water. Kind of a slap in the face when given water cups instead of a regular size cup if that’s what comes with order. Our cones must have been made ahead of time because we found them melting on the counter. Our order number was called but since we chose to save the environment and chose not to have a receipt printed, we had no idea what our order number might be. Things were a little confusing

I had one of the best experiences at this DQ. Patrick was fantastic at the drive through window. My AC in my vehicle stopped working during a long 8 hour trip home, he asked me if I wanted a large water after I told him my AC stopped working in my vehicle. He was very kind. I hope the managers can see how kind he actually is. Thanks Faribault DQ for having a fantastic employee like Patrick

I went through the drive through (that's why atmosphere is 5 stars, because I don't know how it was inside). I ordered a m&m blizzard and a 6 piece honey bbq chicken strip basket with the fries subbed for cheese curds. The cheese curds were great; however, the blizzard came decently melted on top and I was given no lid, so it was dripping ALL OVER my cupholders. When I opened my basket, one of my chicken strips didn't have ANY sauce of HALF of it. On the service, the person taking my order was great, but the person at the window was downright rude. At first, he wasn't loud enough and I had to ask him to repeat himself because I could see his mouth moving but heard NO sound he was so quiet (and that's fine but I think he was quiet bc he had a bad attitude). Once he gave me my basket, I asked him very kindly for a lid for my ice cream and I don't know if they have to usual blizzard lids here or not, but he gave me a drink lid. I was about to say thank you to him and drive away, but he quite literally almost slammed the window thing in my face before I could say thank you. I work in customer service so Im honestly a bit baffled at that reaction to my gentle words and apologies for having to ask him to repeat himself. This is the only bad experience I have ever had here
