I placed an order on the app for pick up and waited for 40 minutes while others who ordered in line were served and left. I recognized they were busy and patiently waiting before asking about my order. They first stated it went out for delivery (I do not live in Faribault so this was amazing it got sent out for delivery), and then my ticket was found in the order line. The excuse was they are understaffed rather than serving the first customer first before, in order.

Employees could care less if you wait 5 minutes or 30 past three times I’ve been I’ve had a 20 minute wait for myself and another car, and just today I was handed my food with no thank you or your welcome and sat at the window for another minute because I didn’t know if I had anything, maybe jimmy John’s should look into changing their employee weed policy. I’m 20 ik when a kid is baked.

Make sure you get your credit card back while paying through drive through.They Didnt give me my card back and tried telling me.It was my fault that I didn't notice. Took me 30 minutes round-trip to get me my card and they wouldn't even issue me a free sandwich.when asked.

My wife placed an order in the drive through at the faribault location. She received our order and drove 23 miles north to our home. Upon arrival we found 2 of the three sandwich’s were completely wrong. I called the store immediately and spoke to the manager. He was waiting for a call as he had realized the mistake as she had left. This manager went out of his way to rectify the mistake. He made two fresh sandwiches and drove 23 miles north to personally deliver them! Outstanding! And he brought the two sandwiches left at the store. That’s some great customer service! Thanks for making it right!!

The staff all seemed confused , the girl taking my order practically whispered the entire time. I asked for peppers on my sub . She seemed confused , no peepers on my sub . Her manager I’m assuming stepped in to help her get the correct change . Second bad experience in a row . I love the subs . But the staff needs to tighten up.

My boyfriend loves Jimmy Johns and eats there very often. He told me that he will no longer be going there due to the guy who is always working the drive-thru window. On multiple occasions this employee has made inappropriate remarks towards him and is very flirtatious. My boyfriend is uncomfortable and this is just uncalled for. Will not be attending the Faribault JJ's again. I am not one to normally post reviews but this is very unprofessional in my eyes.

Do not eat here!!!The have cockroaches!!!…I had a really bad and disgusting experience in this store I bought food and an cup to get soda from the dispenser and when I push the button of ice inside the ice was frozen cockroaches this is disgusting, can’t even imagine how this place have to be so infested with cockroaches that have cockroaches inside the ice machine… and the didn’t even offer me a refund for this disgusting and sickening experience.

Drove all the way from Northfield as it was the closest Jimmy Johns, and they closed 4 HOURS EARLY. Nobody inside, no lights on or anything. It said they were open until 10 online, and now looking at the reviews it's clear this isn't an isolated experience. Get your act together.

I do not leave many reviews but this is just insane. Without any exaggeration, my husband has stopped by there 4 different times within the last 2 months and they have closed AT LEAST 5 hours earlier than posted hours. It is 5:21pm on a Sunday (supposed to be open til 10pm) and once again, they are closed. There are two employees standing around inside and they are not taking orders. I just do not understand…

Ordered from my phone for pickup, couldn't get in the store because doors were locked. I had to sit in the drive thru for an hour. When I got to the window, they told me that they forgot I was here.

Food is great!Service…. There are 7 cars behind me and 4 in feont. Ive been parked at the menu for 10 minutes. This IS NOT an isolated occurrence.There is potential for greater profits. The GM or DM needs to reign this frequent problem in.
