My wife placed an order in the drive through at the faribault location. She received our order and drove 23 miles north to our home. Upon arrival we found 2 of the three sandwich’s were completely wrong. I called the store immediately and spoke to the manager. He was waiting for a call as he had realized the mistake as she had left. This manager went out of his way to rectify the mistake. He made two fresh sandwiches and drove 23 miles north to personally deliver them! Outstanding!...
My husband and I have been coming here for lunch everyday for months. The service is top-notch! We pre-order using the app and my unwich is always made correct (which is impressive because I have a lot of customizations), fresh and crispy lettuce(kudos, some places underestimate the importance of fresh lettuce) and it’s ready on time. Nate is always on top of things and making sure customers are happy. Thank you for fueling our workday! We miss you on our days off Jimmy Johns.
