A man who answered the phone with my takeout order hung up. seems I'm blocked. no way to get ahold of them or leave a message. I was not rude at all. always loved their service and food. but I'm starting to get rude. I had to leave a one star review just to ask them to fix their phone system or fire the employee who dropped or hung up the phone. so sorry if something went wrong... but I never had an issue before. and I don't want your business to think that no one is calling...read full review
very disappointed in the service I've received the last few times I've been in. one time I ordered and got my food, then finished my soda after a few bites and waited over 20 mins for someone to ask me for a refill. nobody ever came so after the 20 mins I got up to just leave and pay without even finishing my meal because I needed something to drink. told the person who sat me I could've used a refill and was told they weren't my server. so then where was my server the whole time...read full review
The food at Fiesta Brava is always wonderful. We were very sad when we stopped by tonight that they had closed before 915 when they have their hours posted til 10pm.
