Food was good but I tried a new item and it just doesn't fit right... A chicken hot honey meal, It came on a nice hot skillet, flavor was good, it looked pretty... But a cut up chicken breast w/ onions & mushrooms on top & a side of fries was ??? I took my meat side home with me and put it on top of a bed of rice and to me that worked better!? 😁

Called for take out- attempted to order what I was looking at on the online menu and was told they don't have such a thing. Then told to order it online when I explained I was looking at it- awesome 👌 The soup came out completely cold/raw cheese on top not cooked or broiled at all. Salad was the saddest salad ever, but edible. Disappointing to say the least.

Always used to love coming here but after today we won’t be coming back. Soggy boneless chicken wings and a dyed red hair in our lava cake. Food used to be good don’t know what happened.

Got the same meal tonight ive ordered in the past many times. Very disappointed this time around. Steak was raw and cold on the inside. Loaded mashed potatoes looked like they threw the loaded ingrediants on top and microwaved it. Parmesan cheese was literally in a seperate container and not even incorporated into the dish as it had been previously. Refund was given through DoorDash. Wont be ordering from any Applebee's for the next 12months. If the same quality is delivered next year this will be upgraded to a lifetime ban.

The food was fine. I would have given the service a better score except for the little game machines they have on the table. I started messing around with it and didn't realize they were going to charge me to play it. I didn't really want to play it so I turned it off and they still charged us for playing. And they wouldn't reverse the charges after we told them we didn't play anything.
