The woman working the drive through speaker around 11am on Friday was extremely rude and was clearly not listening. We asked for a minute multiple times to look at the menu and she continued to ask us what we wanted and wouldn’t even let my husband get his full order out before interrupting and asking what else.

2 years later. Still my favorite Burger King. The people are nice, the food is good, the restaurant is clean.
They even have actual plants in the dining area (a nice touch) and are currently playing 90s music over the speaker.
Brings me back. :)

I went through the drive through. I ordered a #2 double whopper. I got home and took a couple bites and it was a Texas Double whopper with bacon on it. I don't eat swine's flesh. But now I did thanks to the cook not doing his job. And shame on me for not double checking before taking a couple bites.
I only went there because my wife went up to Duluth. She will not go to a Burger King even if she was starving. But since she was gone I thought I'd give it a try. Now it proves her right that Burger King has problems.
This was my last visit to any Burger King. It's run by people that have no clue how to run a business.

My wife went through the drive-thru and ordered dinner for us on her way home from work she got home the food was thrown together like a mess The fries were dumped upside down in the bag I called the store I spoke with Rose the manager and said something to her she hung the phone up on me I called back she picked up and hung up again and then refused to answer the phone so I grabbed the food and drove down there there was nobody in the restaurant or in the drive-thru and I got told we're busy you'll have to wait a minute I stood there for 5 or 10 minutes until she came to the counter from the back talking to employees and some foreign language that I could not even understand I mentioned something to her and told her all they had to do was say they were sorry but because of her disrespect towards people I told them here's your food I want my money back I will go somewhere else I will never go to this Burger King again

Was in this morning with my granddaughter and I think it was a manager who helped us, she had an accent…. She was so sweet to my granddaughter above and beyond! I am a GM of a restaurant and this lady was first class! Thank you for making our experience amazing!!!!

How do I even begin.. ordered a shake, which I excepted to be somewhat icecream right? Nope. Just absolute milk, the guy handing it to me almost poured it everyone from how melty it was. If I wanted LIQUID I would’ve said my $1:50 and gotten a soft drink that came with a liquid tight cover. Employs forgot it in the first place actually, grabbed it out of the “freezer” but it was still straight liquid? Employs are rude, care more about pretending to ‘fight’ each-other than getting food to a customer. I was literally the only one there so I would understand in a rush that my shake was liquid. But how hard it is to remake it if it’s liquidy? Trust me it’s not hard at all. Never coming to this location again. I have no idea how they’re still open.
Order was done fast and accurate. Jayden was a pleasant person when asking for toppings twice after I forgot to order them. He was very accommodating.

It was early morning and I was in the mood for a burger and Burger King will make a Whopper or a Whopper Jr. actually any burger in the morning for anyone anytime. I love that about Burger King.
