Laughing at your customers because you overcharge for garbage food is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Especially considering the fact that you're an adult working a 16 year old job. Grow up and learn some customer service.

So I ordered a wopper Jr and a original chicken sandwich it was on the 2 for 5 and they did not ring it up that way and over charged me when the price was clearly on the menu the cashier told me ow if you don't mention it we can't tell you about the deal because the restaurant makes more money this is a very shady practice I pointed it out to the cashier right when he handed me my receipt and he said there is nothing I can do so they just ripped me off I will not return and I will tell everyone I know not to go to this store and less they make it right burger King you shuld be ashamed of your self who ever the general manager is shuld really find a new job

Service was great considering I was a late arrival but man these chicken nuggets were NOT edible by ANY means! Extremely disappointed because I usually work too late to make it to Burger King so was REALLY excited to have an excellent meal.
Went in to order some guy walks away from me in the middle of my order while I watch a 3 yr old little kid playing around in the kitchen area-

I was very disappointed when the Burger King in Hinkley and Eden Prairie closed. But after another screwed up order at the Forest Lake BK I am hoping this one closes. This time I asked for a whopper and was giving a bun and burger, no condiments, no topping, nothing else. Tried to call both numbers listed on web, neither are good numbers, I assume they disconnected them due to all the complaints. No receipt on bag. Not sure if it was an accident, malicious or plain incompetence, either way I will not be back.

Had a coupon for 2 Junior Whoppers and two fries I should have known better but I stopped in anyways. Ordered the meal with no cheese add bacon. After I got through the drive-thru discovered I had gotten cheese on them and no bacon. On returning through the drive-thru he said I would have to come in because they were very busy at first I said no because I had a time constraight but then I decided to go in because I wouldn't be able to eat it the way that it was. Went to the counter and watched the cook make my burgers with his bare hands which meant that it was more likely cold already and very unsanitary. It ruined my appetite so I only ate about half of it. I'm driving away and something just didn't seem right and two days later I realized there was no grill smell outside. When I'm around most Burger Kings I can smell the smokey scent which is probably from the method they use to grill it. I've never worked at Burger King but now I am guessing that they get the burgers precooked and just run them quickly through a flame ? griller which that location apparently did not.

Was changer $21 extra dollars because meals got rang up twice. Went up to get a refund and the Female manager shouldn’t have a job. Rude, understatement. She took the extra meals back threw the fries away rewrapped the burgers and put the burgers back in the window. By the time I was done dealing with this my food was cold and my family was done eating.

I need to add to the negative reviews. They got my order wrong today in the drive thru. I didn't realize it until I got back to my office. I have dietary restrictions and I could not eat it. No time to go back until after work. Guy at the counter said he was the manager and remembered hearing my order earlier. But he consulted a woman employee who said that I would need my receipt. I was not given one. I would need the food. I gave it to a coworker. And I would have to come back tomorrow. What?!?! Seriously. She was rude!
Vegetarian options: It's great that BK carries the impossible Whopper. Without a bun it is vegetarian and gluten free. But it's only as good as the help. In the case of the Forest Lake BK, you cannot trust your health to them.
Dietary restrictions: The impossible Whopper without a bun is gluten free. But you cannot trust the staff at the Forest Lake Burger King.

Ordered 2 hamburgers. They weren't even warm. Expected them to be hot. The onion rings were really hot, but the hamburgers were not even warm. Really disappointing.

Burger King was decent in my opinion until they cut the size of the impossible Patty in half, at this point I just feel ripped off if I'm going there, might as well just buy it at the grocery store and make it myself at home for that price.
