Staff was terrible and rude. On top of the rude service, we paid 30+ dollars for meal portions so small they should be on a dollar menu AND we were missing the chips we had purchased. The restaurant is disgusting. Floor nasty. Tables nasty. Food nasty.

The people who are on the line tonight are not sanitary what so ever! The one guy that was putting the meat into the bowls, changed the meat container and let water drip into my bowl, after he was done no glove change what so ever continues touching food. The girl who is also on the line was wiping the line with dirty napkins and once again no glove change and continued touching food plus the marker and doing it all over again. Wish I could give you guys a zero star rating! VERY DISAPPOINTING!! Get your crew together!

Bought a burrito and burrito bowl for take out. Said it would be ready in 10 minutes, so I drove up there which turned out to be about an hour.
First trip through the drive through I was offered an orange lemonade I don’t drink and was asked to pull out and go back through the drive through, which has never happened to me.
After going through another line of 3 cars on my second trip through the drive through and after about another 15-20 minutes I was handed my food without an apology or anything, I have never been treated so poorly here before.
I love Chipolte normally, but this place was really dissappointing. Most all of the tables were filthy, so we picked the least dirty table we could find. If we weren't traveling and running errands, we would have left and ate elsewhere. The floors were litered with food. I tried to use the bathroom, but chose to wait until the next destination. Garbage cans (3) were sitting out and over flowing. It seemed obvious that no one had cleaned my all throughout the day. The burrito bowls were delicious, but the chips were not crispy and seemed stale. They were also mostly crumbled pieces. Not many in the bag as usual either. My son is a resident of Forest Lake and said that is how this location is. If he knew we were going there, he would have advised against it. I'll never return. Shame.

I've been going here for years and used to like this place. Now the workers are extremely stingy. I just got a burrito that was about 60% of the size of a normal burrito. Was also very dirty. Will not be back. Do not recommend.
