Gave me a bowl with only rice and meat. And those items were wrong to. Missing veggies, guacamole, salsa, beans, cheese and had the wrong meat and rice. Plus i had to drive back. It was not busy. No excuse. No compensation offered.

Chipotle would be a great restaurant to eat at if their employees didn’t put all this extra stuff in there. For instance this piece of plastic I just found in my food. If I didn’t mix it up I would have eaten it…..yikes. Sad that the reviews are true.

The food was what I expected, but the service and atmosphere was not good. There wasn’t a clean table in the restaurant and both forks and napkins were not stocked. The cashier threw my water cup down on the counter in front of me - didn’t hand it to me or set it upright on the counter. The same worker threw a bag of food at another customer who was picking up. The other workers were pleasant, but all in all the place seemed very disorganized.

Update: I had went to this location on 11-21-25, i picked the chipotlane and was in the drivethru waiting for 45 minutes, mever moved once. So i decided to go inside where i met a group of about 7-8 people also waiting for their food, i got no answers from any of the staff, waited 15 minutes inside before i just went behind the counter and grabbed my food. Not exactly the best Chipotle experience ive had.
Only reason I gave a 4 start was for the food and it was because whenever I go there, where they make your burritos, bowls and tacos, ect. The station is pretty messy and food scraps all over the place. Foods always delicious and the service is always quick though!

Ordered food at 6:00 online. Walked in and saw 7 others waiting for an hour. I did not receive my food until 7:15. I waited over an hour for processed junk. Absolute WORST chipotle in the state. Avoid at all costs

Staff was terrible and rude. On top of the rude service, we paid 30+ dollars for meal portions so small they should be on a dollar menu AND we were missing the chips we had purchased. The restaurant is disgusting. Floor nasty. Tables nasty. Food nasty.
