This Chipotle is in desperate need of new management. The food is never up to par, they continue to run out of chips and other items and the employees spend more time goofing around with each than they do working. Like seriously, how does a Chipotle routinely run out chips that they make themselves? Do better.

This location has been horrible since opening. They turned it around for a while but it's back to their old ways. Our recent order had a burrito which was half the size of a normal burrito and had a very stale tortilla. Our bowl was less than 1/2 full, including the expensive guacamole add-on. Our previous order had 2 of the 3 items made incorrectly also.
Stay away from this one folks! We won't make he mistake of trying this location again.
Vadnais heights and roseville have always been much better.

I am 5’3”, the guy in front of me is about 5’8”, we ordered the exact same food, but the lady gave me a lot less everything, what is that about?!
The food was delicious as always however, the service and how we were treated by some associates, like Nathan, wasn’t great or exceptional at all. We were charged an extra $10+ dollars for something we did not get, and the people were quite rude to us after that happened. Luckily the manager was very nice and respectful.
Terrible how long I have to wait at the pick up windows for a confirmed done order! All they have to do is hand me my bag! Always slow. Always low on ingredients,

Found bits of plastic in my food. Threw away about half. Really disappointed. Attempted to contact customer service, but was told without a receipt, which unfortunately wasn’t offer to me, I am unable to get a refund.
