No matter the time of day, no matter the order…there is always a long wait through the drive through. It can be a simple ice cream order with two cars off to the side waiting and they will still not have your order ready and ask you to line up at the curb. Not just one time but three times now.

Burgers are overcooked here 80% of the time, it's very frustrating. Chicken tenders are always hot and fresh. Fries are nearly always piping hot, which is impressive. If you special order a burger or especially ice cream, you have only about a 40% chance of them getting it right, which is frustrating. When you hit the right day and they don't overcook the burger patties, their Culver's deluxe burgers are 5 stars plus! I would suggest you skip this Culver's and go to Blaine. They don't burn their burgers.

Food is generally fine. Service is probably the worst ive ever had at a Culver's. Wait times are up to 30 minutes for a simple order. I go with my kids to get custard and they mess up our order literally every single time if its more than one menu item. Literally every single time.

Waited 30 minutes, several cars that ordered after us were served. Our burgers and fries were cold. Drinks were dripping on exterior of cups making a mess in the car. Terrible. Won’t be returning to any Culver’s for a long time.
I don't understand what the negative views are. Perhaps they just came at a bad time. I don't know or they are just here to get attention.
Anyways, I've never had a bad experience I've been going here every other weekend for years. I've never had a bad experience. This place gets busy time to time which is normal for any food chain. And people seem to forget that they are always made to order. So the food is going to take a bit of time to make. But the wait it is always worth it.
There are some unfortunate times where I do have to wait 20-25 minutes, but honestly I don't mind. I'd rather go here than go to a McDonald's getting fake food.

Was a busy Friday evening. Waited long time for food. Like 25 minutes. When food finally came. It was cold I mean so cold I could not eat it. I went to counter to complaint they offered to cook anew meal. I wasn't waiting again. Please refund The manage was on phone wait some more.I explan my issue. I don't want to wait for second meal. Has to find keys for drawers. Then doesn't have correct change. I will never return to this culvers again. Was the worst service I c have ever gotten

Went for dinner Monday night, first mistake. Ordered a frozen coco swirl Andes mint mixer and a meal asked for a basket came out with burger only asked about fries then they got them. Then with the mixer What I got was just the Andes mint vanilla mixer, asked about it and got a major attitude giving to me from the young girl who tried to help the cashier out stating nothing is missing, where is the coco or the whipped topping I asked she said it’s Andes mint mixer I explained I didn’t order that she said well there is mint… I felt foolish trying to argue with a child regarding what I ordered as I ordered what was on the board. Then to ask to fix it became a mess…needless to say I just left and gave her the mixer. I don’t usually come here often now I just won’t be coming here period.
