Taste like Culver’s but but wait 25min plus. Lady next too us it took her 45min to get her food! Staff was clueless, one working instead of working on orders was working on her tik tok dances. I like Culver’s just not this one.👎

I had had things missing from my order when going through the drive thru before, was promised a coupon for free food, it never showed up. Now, 2 months later, I tried again. I ordered over $50 of food, meals for 4 people. The burgers I ordered were cold. I'm not saying they were lukewarm or such, I mean cold. To the touch. Then I was missing parts of the order. So I tried calling. 3 hours later, on the fourth try, I finally talked to someone. Who said she would send me a coupon, and that's all she could do. Eating inside is great at this location, but AVOID THE DRIVE THRU!!!

I arrived and promptly ordered my food which was fine. I ended up waiting for 25 minutes for my food to arrive cold and my ice cream half melted… as a long standing fan of culvers this experience was very lack luster.

We love Culvers but the service at this location is chaotic and takes forever to get your food! We were at the drive through the other day and they couldn’t find half of the people to give orders to! We waited about 25 minutes for our order!

Just waited 40 minutes to end up having to ask for a refund and leave because I'm now late for a shift. There was no mention of the wait time when I ordered my food but was told when I went for the refund that it was a 45-minute wait. Ridiculous for fast food and should have definitely been made aware when ordering. Now I have no meal for my shift either. Was offered coupons instead of a refund... Will not be coming back ever
