We went here expecting great things from what we'd heard. The food was good, service was good, the wait was long! I was looking forward to a 5-star experience, but I've definitely had better food cheaper, I can't honestly give Keys a 5. Not bad, just not great.

We ordered two omelettes for the adults, while one of the kids got a waffle and the other had pancakes. Surprisingly, the highlight of the meal was the leftover waffle from my kid’s plate. The omelettes, which were about $18 each, were very underwhelming—mine was the Mexican omelette, and it lacked any real flavor. It was topped with a bland chili that actually made it worse. I'd give it a 1/10. The bill came out to around $90, which felt steep for the quality of the food. On the plus side, the service was excellent. Unfortunately, we won’t be coming back.

I met a friend 🧡 here for lunch and to visit. We had a great time. All the food here is really good.i also like that they have the small portions of biscuits and gravy, big enough breakfast for me and very filling and tasteful. When there is a good cook food is good. Was made to perfection. All of there food is good at any mealtime.

The people there are great and I know that. The food however was actually so nasty, the eggs weren’t cooked all the way, the meat tasted old and barely seasoned, everything was bland, the eggs looks extremely fake and rubbery, the eggs also tasted like water, no salt or anything on the hashbrowns, just got a individual salt packet. The cook was not doing a great job.

I went here two days in a row while in town for an event. If I lived close to this place, I'd be in danger. The lattes are excellent, the cinnamon roll was one of the best I've ever had, the employees are friendly, the atmosphere is very nice, and service was fast. Can't speak enough praise about Keys Cafe and Bakery.

I had never eaten at this Keys. On our way from Rochester to Duluth we wanted to stop after getting through St. Paul. I Googled places to eat and that location appeared. I had the Monte Cristo and my husband had the hot turkey sandwich. They were wonderful. When checking out, we bought some oatmeal carmelitas bars to share with family. Delicious!

Just swung in to pick up 3 “fresh” rolls at around noon on Saturday to bring home for grandkids…It would have been nice to get fresh ones…all three different were all dried out?? Like old donuts-Not what we expected…we called and person on phone did not seem to care…they did apologize that we were not happy with the freshness - and she insisted they were fresh - but blamed the humidity? It’s not humid at all today …I normally don’t put negative…but not the answer I expected in the phone…service at location was great…but not on phone…

Great place for breakfast. The wait might be a bit, but it is well worth it in comparison to the quality of food in my experience. Highly recommend!
