Been ordering here for almost 10 years. In the last couple years, seems like every single time I order Papa Johns something is over cooked, undercooked, missing, or wrong.

This time its the crust. We wanted the garlic parm crust, and we received original. They charged us the extra for it of course. Not the biggest deal, but disappointing because its just something every time we order.

We had an emergency situation where we needed to take our daughter to the ED. After already having placed our pizza order with the delivery driver on the way, we called the store and they happily delivered our order the next day even after having made the pizza once. Exceptional.

June the new owner 10/5 recommend customer service is top tier she puts ALL other Papa John’s to shame she runs the ship like I have never seen before if you need pizza make sure stop here and talk with June she will show you what northern hospitality truly is yeah I spent 10/15 min in there with her but man it was amazing experience. Try the honey chipotle sauce it’s to die for!!!!

This store has NEW OWNERS as of 9/9/24. John and June Christopherson purchased this location 9/9/24 they currently also own the Stillwater MN Papa John's. They have won best tasting pizza in Stillwater back to back in 2023 and 2024! Great people who care about their staff!

When I saw the Cheesy Burger pizza was back, I was happy. Then I got one, I was not happy any longer. Something changed, not sure when it did. But when I worked there years ago, that pizza was amazing. The new pickles are horrible and the rest of the ingredients did not taste of the same quality they had when I was an employee. It is sad to see the quality has gone down.

** EDITED REVIEW*** I had to chang my original 3 star review to 1 star, read below as to why! Warning: Do NOT GO HERE. Manager is Crazy, and a liar. I'm not sure how this place is even in business still. They obviously cannot handle any sort of criticism. My original review was actually pretty generous! Also, let me be clear, I never once said I was upset about how long it took to get there. Or really anything truly negative. I did comment that it was Cold, and thats why I gave them 3 stars. Which it WAS. Reviews are supposed to be a description of your personal experience at an establishment. That's all this was. MY experience!

I originally took off two stars bc my pizza was cold. That was it..I placed an online order with them at 11:55. By 12:12, It was on the way, pretty fast actually, and I was impressed! But, I'm literally 3 miles from the store and after almost 15 min went by I tried to txt the txt tracking thing but it got rejected, so I tried to call, but it's automated and gave me the option to check my status, which I did and it said it was due to arrive at 12:32. So I hung up and few minutes later a very nice gentleman arrived with my order. *** I should also mention this was my work, not my personal address I'm a nanny***I dished up pizza for the kids first, and immediately got complaints that it was cold. I tried a bite and it was Luke warm, not cold cold, but definitely not hot. So I warmed It up and all was well.

This is where things get nuts! I left a review of my experience, actually mostly complimenting them, but I did complain it was cold and that that's why they got 3 stars instead of 5. And It wasn't long before I noticed I had a voicemail on my phone from Papa John's. I hit play, and was FLOORED. This guy called me not to apologize, but to call me a liar! He told me I shouldn't order from them again, chastised me, used my full name multiple times, told me there was nothing they could have done to make my experience better, and verbatim said " it was crappy that you left a negative review trying to hurt my business Rebecca" ( I go by Becca, it says it on here) like what!?
But also, 3 stars an my original review were not negative! They were constructive! And a GOOD manager would have apologized, not tried to lie, threaten and bully someone into taking back there review just bc they didn't like it. ( Most Pizza places don't deliver further than 10 miles because even in a warmer bag, a pizza will get cold sitting for 20 min. , I live 10 mi away from the closest pizza joint, and even their pizza comes hot ! ) then to top it all off I come on here and notice he replied to my review. Now PUBLICLY calling me a liar ! Saying I'm bored and trying to ruin locally owned businesses! Wow! The phone call, and his responses to ALLL negative reviews are BEYOND unprofessional and rude.

I don't write reviews to hurt businesses, I write honest reviews because people care about them. I care about them! I read them before I go anywhere. TYPICALLY. ( If I had read the ones on here, especially his responses, I never would have ordered from them to begin with. It makes me wonder how many people he bullied into deleting or changing their reviews! ) I also leave TONS of 5 star reviews. In fact I LOVE leaving them. You'll see most of my reviews are actually 4+ stars.

*** Pictures inc. of the txt and call I made showing it definitely did not come in 10 min. Like the manager claimed. & Just in case he deletes it I inc. his original response to me. Maybe next time you want to publicly call someone a liar, make sure they don't have proof. ??

AWFUL. DO NOT ORDER HERE!!! They have repeatedly called me a liar and refuse to help me. I placed an order online, and shorty after called to cancel. I was told by the employee that the manager approved my refund. I called a few days later asking for an update on my refund. After explaining my situation and that it was approved by the manager of the store, the individual I spoke to flipped out at me. He insisted that my order was delivered when it wasn’t!! He refused to give me his name, refused to let me talk to a manager, told me I was wasting his time then proceeded to hang up on me. I tried to call back throughout the day and my calls were screened and sent to the machine. I had a family member call and the call was answered immediately by the SAME employee. My family member asked to talk to the manager and the employee hung up on him. He finally answered my phone call at the end of the afternoon and told me I had been harassing/threatening his employees all day. (He was the only person I talked to that day). He then threatened to call the police if I were to contact the store again. Since this employee insisted that the pizza was delivered (which it wasn’t), I’m assuming I provided dinner to all of the employees at that store. I will be reporting this store to corporate. They responded that my claim is false but it's not. I did not call them 100 times this week as they say in the comment below. They have AWFUL customer service and will lie to make themselves look better.

Ridiculous. Your website overcharged me and you said you couldn’t do anything about it. Horrible customer service over the phone being insulted by you now being flagged. I suppose I never talked to you on the phone either. Sure! Nope not trying to get free food your website has a price of 18.99 and you charged me 25.00.
