Forest Lake worst service and rudest employees I've ever experienced. They screwed up my pizza and when I asked how long it would be since the 1st one took 30 minutes, she screamed at me to get out and never come back. she said she would refund my pizza but never did. Corp would never return my call or emails either.
So we ordered at 7:30 through the app 8:15 and no pizza. I called and was on hold for forever. Apparently they had tried calling me but stated that they couldn’t take my order because they had to run it through door dash and needed a card. I gave them my card and before I could even ask what time it’ll arrive the guy hung up. So 8:32 it’s a school night and still no dinner.
They sent me a pizza with the wrong toppings so I called three times to tell them it was not the right pizza and they hung up on me three times. They finally did agree to send me a new pizza but I went down to the store to talk to them about it and they didn’t like the tone of voice so they canceled my new pizza so Don’t recommend.
