We were craving burritos en route home and came across Rubio's, saw the great rating and decided to give it a go - BEST. IDEA. EVER. The big sign saying how good the burritos are sold me, even though I honestly didn't expect much - I'm an unapologetic burrito snob and I have found very few places in Minnesota that really hit the spot. My only negative is that I took way too long to try this place!! It's fantastic!! My burger was perfect! I got the meximelt and it hit the spot! Will definitely be going back! Staff was super friendly and patient! Took me forever to pick something a I wanted one of everything! Everything looked fresh and store was super clean.
The burritos are very good. The shakes are quite tasty. I would give it five stars, but I’m taking away a star because I can’t have a water cup!!! I asked for a water cup and they said no . I have to buy bottled water.
