I went through Drive-thru. They lady was kind, helpful and no irritation in her voice. Greeted us warmly & inviting. She got the order correct. We didn't have to wait long for her to come to the window, get the payment & hand us our order. She was well groomed. She smiled @ us & thank us for ordering. I'm definitely a Starbucks Fan. I was leary before but, this new Starbucks in North Branch, MN I'd recommend it.

Will not come back here EVER! This is the first Starbucks that has ever told me they can't do no ice in a drink!! When I have to drive an hour to get home I do not like a watered down drink. The second one I ordered was with water and they made both with lemonade!! Never again when others will do what the customer wants!

First Starbucks I’ve ever gone to where the Staff was rude. My experience is always great at other locations even if they are out of ingredients. This location does not represent what a Starbucks should which is a positive environment. I won’t be returning to that location.

One morning I was having the most horrible time and my card was declined. I looked all over my car but I didn’t have anything to pay. The morning crew are so so amazing. She paid for my drink and said have a better day. Love the morning crew at Forrest Lake Starbucks and thank you for taking care of me that day. So rare now a days.

I’ve tried 5 times to get a drink here, and 4 of those times they’ve been completely sold out. The 1 time I got something, it was way watered-down. Save time and go to the location in Target down the street.
