every time we ask for no foam we get 2 inches of foam. why can't you just give us what we ordered and why should we tip ? The acronym tips means "to insure proper service"
Ordered two iced chai tea drinks twice today and both times drinks looked white and light brown. I paid for 9 pumps of chai for each drink and tasted terrible. The employees never changed the pump. These drinks should never look like that they supposed be brown not white.
not recommended for the American people!!
