I got a caramel frappe, and it was completely flavorless other than the caramel on top. Absolutely no caramel flavor through out the drink. Quite disappointing saying these drinks are expensive. If I wanted to drink ice I would get some from my freezer and blend it up.
This Starbucks is by far the best one I’ve been too. No one has ever been rude to me here, all of the staff are wonderful, my drinks are always correct & the store is SO CLEAN.
My daughter came in right before me on a 90 degree day and she asked for a water as was told that she needed to buy a drink at AGE 9 before she could have a water!! Very rude and poor customer service.
Then to top it off not one drink that I have ordered from this particular Starbucks tastes the same as others and not in a good way.

Manager was training in a new person, yet he took the time to listen to my concerns about a Starbucks order I had received 10 minutes ago on my way to work from a different Starbucks - He fixed my order without a charge - that is excellent customer appreciation !

The only reason this got one star is because I wanted to leave an actual review. It’s the only Starbucks by me and unfortunately the worst one around! I use the app, it gives me options, I’m able to modify my drink as much as the app lets you. However the employees don’t care! And when asked to rectify the drink they wreck it out of spite and then claim it’s my fault because of the way I asked for it to be made. I pay way too much to always have my drink messed up!! I would drink Caribou but I don’t like the coffee, the employees are MUCH MORE service centered. If you don’t like your job, Starbucks girl, go elsewhere!

Employees were all extremely rude. The guy at the window didn't say a single word to me and I glanced to the back and smiled kindly at one of the other employees and she just glared at me. I go to pay with my card and the guy just taps the machine with his finger to get me to look at the screen for leaving a tip. I left a tip but shouldn't have because there was no hello or thank you or anything. I didn't even get a receipt or sticker on my cup with order info so when I tried to email customer service, they said I don't have proof so I'm basically SOL. Terrible integrity. Will be boycotting starbucks in the future.

Consistently slow drive through. Not just regular slow, but disaster caliber slow. Always wonder what catastrophe is occurring with machines or staffing, but never ask. Go somewhere else if you can.
Was greeted upon arrival. Such positive vibes. Best Starbucks I’ve been to in awhile. Did not catch the manager’s name, but he absolutely made my day (so respectful, kind, and funny)!
