Person at drive through said i couldn't scan for stars because he already put the cash in??? Then the cinnamon was forgotten on my drink, im already paying a ridiculous amount on a drink and then you dont put cinnamon on it. Staff was unfriendly also.

I have spent hundreds at this location, one thing is absolutely consistent- the weekday morning team is AMAZING. My morning beverage (I order the same thing EVERY DAY) is consistently perfect. However, Saturdays and Sundays- it's hit or miss. More miss than hit. Today's beverage was pretty gnarly. It's the same dang thing - every day - I can tell when my non-dairy is dairy. I'll give you one guess as to how.... Plus it tastes COMPLETELY different. I don't know, it's weird how it can taste so different from one day to the next.

Dietary restrictions: Beware, they sneak dairy into the kon dairy options thinking you won't notice. I notice, so does my stomach. It's super fun to have to rush to the bathroom to almost NOT MAKE IT when you're at a function.

every time we ask for no foam we get 2 inches of foam. why can't you just give us what we ordered and why should we tip ? The acronym tips means "to insure proper service"

I ordered pumpkin chai latte and asked about cold foam and then in response they rang made it as a cold brew. I called and asked if they could remake it and they said yes. I came back and they gave me an attitude and remade it in the smallest size. I will never come back and I'm most definitely going to share this. Disappointed in Starbucks and their employees.

They shut down front register to force people to use app or drive-thru. This decreases access for customers, and is inconvenient for people that don't have app or car. I arrived by motorcycle. I don't want to download an app and give starsux personal info just for the right to purchase an expresso.
