Stopped here yesterday to pick up a couple coffees in the drive thru and it took forever. The car in front of me decided to have what looked like an extended conversation with their friends who work there - for 5 minutes. I guess bad luck in my timing but something to be aware of.

forest lake needs to put in another starbucks. the drive thru line was nearly out into the main street. mobile orders took 30+ minutes. seems like whenever i go, they are always swamped. i feel terrible for the workers there.
The slowest Starbuck's I've ever been to. Every single time! Only go if you have 30+ minutes.
Jess at the drive-through window made me feel like a regular! It made my day to have a friendly and welcoming conversation. Thank you!

We called in a mobile order for a coffee this morning. When we arrived at the Coffey order was ready. The staff was extremely nice and friendly.

Went thru the drove thru about 10:30am and received the WORST service I have received in a long long time. Guy was super rude and unfriendly. I even gave a tip and he couldn't even so much as say thank you or smile. Just rotten. I'd rather take my business to the Starbucks in Target down the road. You might want to re think who's working the drive thru taking orders because that guy is not it.

Drinks are always a hit or hard miss. I’ve ordered the same drink two days in a row with strawberry puree and keep getting some nasty crusty strawberry stuff that doesn’t even look edible.

These baristas are rockstars! even with all of the karens complaining about things the baristas can’t control they still remain calm and respectful! YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING!!!
