my sister and i were there december 26th, 2024, at 11:30am and by 7am the next day we both were puking excessively, body aches and chills, sweating, etc etc. must have been a bad batch of deli meat or something, my bf got a meatball sub and he was fine. really sucks having to miss out on work!!

The Brown haired girl with the pink septum ring always looks pissed off. Thought maybe it was just that specific day but every time I go in and shes working she looks pissed off. She also does not help her teammate who is on veggies and register, all she does is set up the sandwiches and then leaves the front end. I'd hate to work with her and Its hard to watch.

Philly cheesesteak was fine, if high-priced for counter service at a chain. Tried to find the cleanest table in the place for seating. No tabletop was spotless or pristine. If the dining tables weren’t being wiped down at 3:30 in the afternoon with no other patrons in the place, they weren’t likely to be tended to anytime from then through the “dinner rush” either.

huge toss up. if you like subway and live in the area try going at a few different times and take note of who is working. some "artists" are downright walk-out worthy.

Staff member drenched my sandwich is cause making it almost impossible to eat. Staff member also couldn’t even make sandwich correct as it was listed on the menu.
I’ve been ordering a toasted flatbread sandwich for years. The girl at this subway asks if I want it toasted, only to interrupt my response to say “because we can’t toast flatbreads. It makes them all crispy.” I told her that’s fine as that’s how I always order it. She asked if I normally come to this location. I told her yes- as if that really matters? She stood there and didn’t know how to respond, looking very conflicted and unable to solve this issue. The rebel with the nose ring acted as if she broke the rule and placed my sandwich in the toaster, the whole store might explode. I had to bargain with her and tell her to just toast it half of the time. So I got my half-toasted, lukewarm sandwich.

We gave them a second chance after not eating there since last May. Flat bread is now more like a wrap. Sandwiches are poorly made, and even when I called to see how to resolve (had ordered through doordash), the manager was snippy and accused us of fraud. We had ordered 6inch subs and I offered to bring the entirely uneaten subs to the store. We will NEVER order from this store again.Pics: obscene amount of black pepper after requesting light on a turkey sub, and the fact that philly is pitifully topped and no cheese. That is all mayo.

Horrible service! I don't understand the count on black olives (3 for a 6in and 6 for a 12in) but when I'm only getting 2 toppings you'd think I would be able to get more of those. What is the deal that they only count 1 utem out of the how many they have. I didn't even want my sandwich anymore. Then their pop was out and by asking if they could change it was clearly an inconvenience. I'll never go back to this Subway.
