This location has gone way downhill to the point where I have an issue every single time I go. I used to love going to Taco Bell but now I avoid this location because they always find a way to screw something up. Maybe time for new management?

I attempted to place an order, but the employees refused to take my order instead insisted that I was to be an Unpaid employee and must use the kiosk. I told them I would prefer to have somebody take my order and take my money they refused and would not serve me.

First time at this location, and the food was not warn at all and the chalupa bread was not soft was stale. Tacos were stale as well. I had to ask for them to wipe down the tables everyone of them were dirty and they didnt even wipe off the table we're sitting at that's the one I asked for, I get they we're busy but really. Needless to say we will not be back!!!!!!

I will not be returning here. Service was poor and very unsanitary. Kitchen was horrid. Just if you go here make sure you see how your food is being prepared what I and other customers saw was the manager prepare food after touching a laptop and didn't even wash or put on new gloves afterwards. Went straight back to making orders yuck I asked for a refund and left. Another customer said he waited 40mins for his order inside dining. Im being generous giving a 1 star I would rather not give any tbh.
There is almost always an issue with the drive through orders. This last time they missed 3 items from 1 meal, a chalupa, taco, and chips with cheese. They put very little meat in the items they did include.

Do not order from Taco Bell ever the manager Austin is extremely rude and unprofessional dude says they don’t offer delivery. Why does it say on google that you offer it then!!! Huh?!?! Highly misleading wouldn’tcha say?

Something NEEDS to change at this Taco Bell. The food orders are always messed up. And when you go inside to get your order fixed after going through the drive thru, nobody helps or even acknowledges you. But the young girl standing by the drive thru can play on her phone while there is more than one customer waiting for help. Do better Taco Bell.

Ordered food online on 5/14, forgot my burrito supreme. Called and talked to someone who said they would take my name down and next time I'm in i could get it since I lived fifteen minutes away. Went back today stood at the counter without being greeted for 5 minutes. Finally someone asked if had my order take yet. I told them about my order and the manager said we don't do that we send out coupons. Never going back there again,why pay for stuff and not get it.
