Only took stars off of atmosphere because, hey, its just a fast food restaurant. But the food is always delicious (and right, don't remember ever getting the wrong order, unlike some other places in town) and the staff is super nice and always seems to want to do a good job.
Had the beef tostada (a limited time offering) was delicious, this SHOULD be a permanent item. Also had a beef crispy burrito off the $2 menu. Also delicious.

Me personally, I think Taco John's blows Taco Bell out of the water! Their potato Ole's are very yummy! :-) And the Forest Lake staff has always been very friendly, helpful and courteous.
