Sam was a great waitress, she really did a excellent job. We had 7 in town for Easter weekend. Many had the broasted chicken special, which was very good. We will definitely be back sometime.

You can tell there is a lot of history within the walls of this restaurant and it was packed with locals so that's always a good sign to me. Our waitress was prompt with taking our order, and following up with us later for refills, etc. My husband went with the chicken taco salad and I had the log jammer plate. The shell on the taco salad was nice and crisp and the meat had great seasoning and was moist. My log jammer sandwich was the best prime rib sandwich I had in quite some time, both in the meat being tender & flavorful, as well as the fact that they weren't stingy with the prime rib. The french fries on the side were crisped to perfection.

My daughter just bought a house near here. I was looking for a bite to eat and this place showed up. We went there and they have a Saturday prime rib special which was awesome. We also had the walleye and broasted chicken all were very good. We will be back.
