The management of this place is absolutely horrendous they use tactics such as discrimination targeting and even false accusations to get people kicked out/fired just because they don't like someone this means both Bartenders and Customers. The food and service is also not the best last place I would go to for drink and eats.

I was really excited to support this local. We showed up and sat down at the bar. As we were trying to order from the bartender, a heavy set lady with long blonde hair interrupted us and began yelling at the bartender (about another staff member I believe). It made the entire environment very uncomfortable. Do better. - I later found out her name was Wendy.

Just left there on a Sunday mid-afternoon. Thought that we would support a fellow VFW instead of the other restaurants. We got a beer and a menu but she never came back for our order. Yes, she was the only one there but it wasn't packed. No further eye contact or at least an acknowledgement that she would be back soon would have been nice. Finished our beer and ended up eating at Culvers. Guess you had to be a member or regular as they got plenty of attention. Our post would never do that. Sorry.

It's a great place to stop in when I want a few minutes at a quiet table (mid day). I really like they do not force drinks on me.

People should be allowed to sit in this bar and play on the tablets without having to order alcohol. My brother went into this VFW and didn't want to drink, only gamble on a tablet, and the woman working was horrible to him. He hasn't been back since. None of the people from my family will go here ever again and we've lived in Forest Lake for over 20 years. Put up a sign that says you have to drink Alcohol if you're going to gamble on a tablet since your employees want to act so rudely about it. We'll stick with the Legion where my brother can drink water and gamble on a tablet in peace.

Why would you have White Castle sign bun on a bigger burger it only covers the center of the burger, charge a 50 cents more or $1.00
Sunday 12/17/23 bartender was awful! and the way she treated us peeps that usually don't go there it was Bad Bad customer severs, so pretty much if your not a regular she is out to get you. NEVER AGAIN! I didn't even want to give a star.
