Messed up my boyfriend and i's order and asked for refund. said they couldn't over the phone. they said they could send me coupons, took my name and address. said it would take 2 weeks. never got them so called they said it would take a month. well here we are 2 months. yup not going back since they can't fix their mistake.
Stopped by today and no one came on to take my order or ask me to wait on the intercom. After 7 minutes I just pulled up to the window. I know everyone is short staffed, so I wasn’t upset or anything. When the employee came to the window, I apologized for just pulling up but that I didn’t hear anything on the intercom, the employee cut me off rudely to tell me that she is the only person taking orders and she can only do one thing at a time. My husband and I stopped in at the Forest Lake Wendy's for dinner on her way home from work.. The woman behind the counter who took her order although she was not rude she was just very cold. While we were waiting for our food my husband went to use the bathroom and found that both the The men's bathroom and the woman's bathroom had a lot of order signs on them but but while we were eating saw I've also a male employee and a female employee go in and use the bathrooms..
