The Spotlight in Garrison with panoramic views and an amazing breakfast menu should be on your must do list. The caramel pecan roll is insane. I’m a little bit low-carb and that one’s always worth the carbs.
The service and pancakes are top tier. Definitely worth the spot. Uncomfortable chairs and booths, meant for you to eat your meal and leave, not linger.

We stopped here for ice cream yesterday. It was fabulous! I had the homemade waffle cone. It came with soooo much cream, and every bite was amazing! We stopped today for breakfast. Loaded hashbrowns were very good, and hubs loved his strawberry Belgian waffle!
