We enjoyed my daughter's 15 years to the fullest in this super place. All the staff were super. Attentive, super friendly, they were super surprised with the decoration that highlighted the place.....I loved metropolitan ballroom

First time here in a few years and the renovations look nice
It's large, open and airy. The bathrooms are always clean (but small) 🙂 and the food here is always good. Would recommend this place if you have a large party.
The space is nice, clean & glitzy but not accessibility friendly: 1) heavy entry and bathroom doors, 2) bathroom gender designation are dark letters on dark brown doors, making them hard to distinguish.
Also, the food was terrible! Braised carrots, broccoli, and mushroom were so chilled. It was almost like they didn't have enough time to thaw. Hot dises were unnamed meatballs and BBQ wings/thighs (which were the only good!). Drinks mediocre powdered lemonade, no sugar iced tea.
Terrific place for events of all sizes. Amazing staff and great location just west of downtown Minneapolis. There’s a reason this ballroom has been around for as long as it has.
Attended a wedding here. Nice spot with plenty of parking. Food was catered and was pretty good.
Went here for a networking event. Great place. Nice atmosphere.

This place is beautiful. The layout is perfect for large events.
I attended a 1920’s party at the Metropolitan Ballroom and had an absolutely fantastic time. The extra money for VIP tickets was totally worth it, the vip lounge was awesome. The music was great. There was a table of old folks in the bottle service area that were dancing up a storm, and I really appreciated how this event brought people of all drinking ages together. Would definitely attend another event here without question.
