The food is excellent, service was fast. The interior is sleek and modern, updated recently. I had the fresh Thai spring rolls, very nice. The presentation on the pineapple fried rice was excellent. They heap the rice into a half of a pineapple. It's impressive looking. I've been coning here for a long time, they never disappoint.

On Sunday, June 7, my family placed an order from Nong's Restaurant, something we had done many times as part of our Sunday activities. This time, my nephew drew the short straw and was sent to pick up the order.
Two members of Nong’s staff refused to give my nephew the food order that had already been paid for, even though he had the online receipt on his phone (shown below and associated with my phone number). It was not until the manager intervened that he was provided with the food that had been purchased.
Last year, we enjoyed food from Nong's more than ten times. I'm not sure what has changed, but we will not be ordering from or visiting the restaurant again.
If your pickup policy has changed, you need to clearly communicate those requirements to your customers, including what is needed to verify food purchases. As it stands, the way my nephew was treated indicated a discriminatory nature, and it is something you may want to address with your employees.

Incredibly fresh and value sized portions. Had sweet and sour stir fry and cashew stir fry. Both were fabulous. Best cream cheese wontons we've ever had. And delicious and generously portioned mango sticky rice. Highly recommend. No extra fees on the bill either.

Nongs Thai Cuisine...where do I start.

This place is my go-to for two things and two things only. Pad thai and Pho. Both are heaping portions and that might make you think not good.

When I saw them I thought the same. But they are delicious and flavorful. The pad thai noodles are perfectly cooked and super flavorful. Both me and my wife spent some time in Thailand so we are pretty critical of thai food in the states. This place...is not Thailand....but its really good. That peanut sauce is definitely some of the best in MN for sure.

The Pho is also very good. Its broth is flavorful and light. I can drink just the broth alone if my wife didn't remind me of my high blood pressure. A good broth makes Pho and Nongs does it right. I haven't really had to much else from here so I can only speak to those two dishes.

The customer service is also really good. They make you feel welcome and at home while you're there or just picking up. My name is Carl and insert funny story. Ive been going there for a while now and when I pick up I always have to say paul because they got me down as paul not Carl. Language barrier issue. Well I recently visited and they said Carl instead of paul. We had a laugh and they fixed it in there system so that I can say my actual name when I come ouch up an order.

Birthday dinner with the family was perfect! We were very impressed with the authentically amazing Thai flavors and the traditional Thai friendliness! We lived in SE Asia for 25 years - it was like a trip home!! Highly recommend and we will be back! We ordered lots so we could have leftovers!

I have eaten at Nong's a couple of times and will be back again and again! The food is perfectly seasoned, hot and delicious! Service with a smile and the restaurant is clean and presentable. The atmosphere is pleasant, music volume is nice and not too loud. My friend and I enjoyed our meals and enjoyed being able to hear each other :-)

They nickle and dine you. $.50 for a slice of line, $2.00 for fish sauce!! Ridiculous!
