Delicious fish and chips. Tarter sauce was homemade and tasty. Loved the smoked fish. Shrimp and fries were so good. Shrimp were huge too! Can't wait to go back.

First off, this place has a fantastic location. We had our dogs with us so we couldn't sit on the patio overlooking the water, but I bet it's very nice! We did sit on their front patio with the dogs. You order at the counter and they bring your food out to you. We got a cup of Salmon Chowder and it was surprisingly good! I would definitely order it again. We also shared a walleye basket and it was good, but not great - we'll likely try a different type of fish next time.

One of the best spots on the north shore to get fresh or smoked fish!! The maple bacon cheese curds are a great indulgence, load sof cheeses, syrups, and crackers too if you are looking to get things for charcuterie.

Cute little place!
Fish n Chips was good. Maybe try making your own dill sauce, it would be way better. The Maple curds would have been way better if you used real Hickory bacon pieces instead of the nasty hard hormel from a bag bacon. Ish ruined it.

Awesome fish and smoked salmon dip! We got the dip to take hope then put some salmon dip on the fries….OMG!!! We ate the entire container…. Food came out hot in under 10 minutes. Great service and very fresh fish! We will be coming back to Grand Marais just to get this fish!

We had read glowing reviews of this place and perhaps we were expecting too much. It is a fish market where you can get food to go. You have an option of eating your order on site which we did. We sat at a table on their deck which overlooks a storage yard with garbage dumpsters. The fish tacos had tasty white fish but the only other ingredient was coleslaw. My husband ordered clams and chips that had fried clams like what you can get out of a box. There was a good selection of local beer in cans. The wine was a disappointment.
