The service is friendly and the location is good. There is parking and seating inside. They have a few games if you want to sit a bit. I find the coffee too bitter and strong, and the pastries are disappointing.

Best coffee! Love there blueberry muffins too. Come here every morning when I go camping. Love the inside of their shop it's adorable!! The staff is absolutely nice and welcoming. Must come here it's worth it.

A little on the expensive side. We got something that was supposed to taste like an almond joy but it really didn't. The coffee was hot and we were freezing from camping so, it did what it needed to ?

Java Moose is worth the stop in Grand Marais, especially on cold fall mornings. The coffee could be better. Their specialty drinks are hit or miss but plenty of options. The atmosphere is cozy too.

The coffee shop is right across the street from the brewery ? Kenzie was super friendly and helpful! We had a larger group and didn’t really know what to get so she helped us pick our drinks. Which we all really enjoyed sipping by the water.
