Good service even though there was a breakfast rush. Nice atmosphere. Average food at best. We had a Denver omelet and Belgian waffle. Omelet was ok but the cook left out the ham. The waffles were below par, hard and served barely warm (butter wouldn’t melt on them).
Ordered the mushroom and Swiss omelet with hash browns and that, was delicious and good portion. Service was good, they were busy so coffee refills were delayed but no one stopped moving and serving customers.
I'm traveling, so I visited twice this week. The first time I came in, the young man was very nice and polite and kept checking on me.
I just left, and Jay was my waiter. He did not receive a tip. He did just the bare minimum. He never checked on me once during my meal. When I got done, I still had to wait a few minutes for my check because there was clearly something on his phone that he couldn't take his eyes off of. He was on it a lot during my meal.
