Local fishermen food truck. Herring. Fried and served with house made French fries. The dill tartar sauce with it is delicious! Has option of skin on fish or Cajun fries. Bring across street To beach to dine on picnic tables or bench, great view of lighthouses.
Really enjoyed visiting with the owners today. We ordered fish and fries. Herring was the catch of the day. It's was delish and the fries were soooo good. Loved how friendly everyone was!! Looking forward to our next visit
We ordered the trout nuggets. It cost $10 and it was easily worth double that. We walked to a park bench k we looking the lake and ate. If you are I. grand Marais definitely eat here. We had just left the Gunflint Tavern after a horrible meal that we couldn’t even finish and walked past this place, really wish we saw this place first.
