They were ok donuts. Also they make their donuts for all the gas stations in the area. So when the line is long, just go to the Holiday up the street

While these may not be the World’s Best Donuts they are really good. The sugar coated skizzle is a confectionery triumph not to be missed. The coffee is good too. No indoor seating, but picnic tables out back. Lots of calories and fun.

This is not the best place for donuts, but it is iconic and currently the only bakery. However, a new bakery is being built a few buildings down. This should prove interesting! A MUCH better choice for donuts and pastries is Toby's in Hinckley, Mn.

Incredible scratch made food served by rad folks. Our group split the zombie fries, Reuben tots, and fried green tomatoes. The kimchi and kraut were top notch. Sauces and mayos were nicely balanced and full of flavor. Highly recommended!

Best donuts.....appropriately named. Had the maple with bacon topping bar donut. Actually went in 2018 but found a picture of this donut on my phone and HAD to give it 5 stars.

They really do have the worlds best donuts. We travel the USA and have tried many donut shops but this place is currently number one.

Stopped here on 2 mornings during our trip to Grand Marais! Maple bacon long john was absolutely delicious, chocolate covered cake donut ranked among the best ever, and skizzle was incredible (and incredibly messy in a good way!)

I can't vouch for whether they're the best in the world, but I can certainly say that they are the best cake donut I've ever tasted. We practically inhaled the plain cake, chocolate frosted cake, chocolate-frosted with coconut, and glazed cake. All were excellent.
We love their food! The fries give you that McDonald’s feel. The people who own it and run it are quick, super friendly and laid back. Highly recommend for all ages. Quick. Easy. Delicious!

Great donuts… I avoided this place for years but it is definitely worth going. I had the flat sugar donut, husband has the maple bacon. Kids had traditional glaze. Worth the stop.

Living up to their name. A classic donut shop serving up delicious donuts. Their cake donuts are great, the cinnoman sugar being my favorite but their raised donuts are just as delicious. For frosting lovers the Chet's Best is great but their glazed is also fantastic. You can now skip the line by submitting an order online up till midnight the evening before and they'll be waiting for you at your desired time.
