This is the first review I’ve ever left at a restaurant that has been overly negative. The one positive thing was that the seating staff was really polite and seated us almost immediately.
When it comes to the food and overall service however, I was more than disappointed. A member of our party asked for a medium/well done steak and the thing basically came out rare. Completely red/pink on the inside and inedible. The salads left a lot to be desired with very little sauce on them.
Wait staff while polite, were not very responsive to requests such as getting a to-go box and some extra sauce for the salads. After those two things were requested, we waited for a full 20 minutes to see if the waiter would come back with the items, which unfortunately they didn’t.
I will not be coming back this establishment.

Look and tasted like reheated leftovers. I don't eat at Applebee's often enough to know if that's normal or just this location. Staff was friendly and quick though.

Ordered the four cheese mac and cheese that came with the wrong noodles, hardly no sauce, and dry. When the food was brought to the table I didn't think it was mine because of noodles and dry, the waiter said oh I forgot to tell you we ran out of the noodles. Other people with me ordered the oriental salad with no dressing, very dry. Asked for more sauce for noodles and salad, waiter took his time. The waiter blaming the cook, well it's his job too not to serve something that doesnt look right, he sees multiple times daily and knows what it should look like. Waiter says I just work here and manager is not here, I said figures, and he sent the key holder out who took a portion off meal. Terrible service, barf, barf, barf!!

My friend and I had all you can eat ribs ,shrimp and tenders we got the ribs it took forever to come another couple came in like 15 minutes after us they ordered the same thing and they got their food first.complained to waitress she went to see how much longer it would be another 5 minutes before we got our food. Now we've been waiting at least a half hour for our food they were not busy. When we finally got our food it was the worst ribs I've ever had they were mostly bone ..won't be going back for awhile
