My spouse and I have only been to this location a few times, and our visit on Halloween night was the best. We were seated quickly, our orders were taken promptly, and our food was served fresh and fast despite how busy it was.

Terrible riblets. ALL bone and no meat. Kids cheese Pizza was all baking powder dough with tomato paste and a hint of cheese. Service was not good either. The place was almost empty, so no reason for poor service. That game kiosk on the table does not say thrre is a fee to use it. That surprise comes on your bill for $2.99 plus tax!!! Not a very nice surprise to have on your bill. Kids grab that and start playing and the parents get stuck paying for something they did not want. I won't be back.

Ben was great he was so sweet and amazing. My daughter has a horrible week at school and we came sat for lunch. She wanted a cherry from my margarita but it was too late the cherry was drowned. He knew what she wanted even before she said anything I had no idea what was going on he came back with cherrys and gummy brain candy!!! She was so happy.! He interacted with her as a person and he was so sweet this is the best experience we ever had at Applebees and Ben deserves a raise

Went for my birthday with my husband and son. Server was not friendly. Took 35 minutes to get our food. My son and my food was cold. My husband's food came out 8 minutes later very hot. Never checked back on. Not offered steak sauce,napkins or to go boxes. I have been in the hospitality industry for my entire career. Will not go back. It has gone down hill

Just got here and I’m happy already!! Young lady helped me and everyone else at the bar right away!! Katelyn has amazing energy and I appreciate her service
We were a group of 7. Every one of us loved our food - not only delicious, but also very generous portions. Our waiter was great, he was prompt, accurate, and funny.
I am very displeased. One of the managers (Cortney) and told me I had to leave because my better half works there. SO FOR SOME REASON I CANT COME IN AFTER WORK AND EAT SOME FOOD IN PEACE WITHOUT CONSTANTLY BEING INTERRUPTED BY OTHER EMPLOYEES. And being KICKED OUT WAS THE TIP OF THE ICE BURG! Not only that but they transferred all her tables to a different waiter and he got all of her tips for the day. Criminal. I wouldn’t go there, unless you want to support people who don’t give a crap about you.
