Stopped here on our way to Duluth. Good food and iced tea! The service was excellent too. Definitely will be back.

Based on the reviews, The Commons was a go-to place for coffee, great food, and a cool atmosphere. It had a thoughtful small menu with delicious food, including the prime burger with bacon and bbq sauce, Nordic Toast, Brunch Burger, and a lunch combo with a lobster roll. The food was high quality and fresh, with excellent coffee drinks like the shaken maple espresso. The service was smooth, friendly, and very courteous, with staff helpful for food restrictions. The interior was beautiful, and the outdoor seating areas were perfect for family lunches. The catering for an annual meeting was incredible, with smooth service that made the event feel effortless. The Commons reminded a visitor from a bigger city of home, with killer portions and perfectly executed dishes. It is now closed for the time being, but the space was great for working and connecting with locals.
