Don't come here often, food and coffee isn't necessarily the reason to stop. The employees though are very nice and helpful. They Had a mix up on our order, no questioned asked, they fixed the order and told us to keep the mistake.
The people at our Caribou in Grand Rapids Minnesota are awesome. Plain & simple ! They recognize us my name & ask us so your usual ______! Yes please ! Some have super good memories & it's very personable there .

My favorite place to get my coffee. Large turtle mocha cooler with dark chocolate is my preference. Staff are always friendly and provide great customer service. The perks account helps to earn rewards and free beverages. I don't typically get any of the food but the breakfast sandwiches aren't bad at all. The building itself is very cozy, comfortable and inviting. If you haven't been to a caribu, you need to make a trip in my opinion.
