Blizzards have gone downhill terribly. The last several times I ordered a strawberry cheesecake blizzard, there was hardly any strawberry or cheesecake in it. This last time was the worst. One chunk of cheesecake and strawberries were non-existent. If I wanted just a cup of soft serve, I would have ordered that. Would have been cheaper!

What happened to the quality of the blizzards? The last 3 times I’ve gotten a strawberry cheesecake and I might as well have ordered a cup of soft serve ice cream. This last one was the worst. No cheesecake chunks, I mean none! And the strawberries were none existent, 3/4 of the cup was just ice cream. At least my dog liked his pup cup; but, he’s a dog, he’ll eat anything. Guess I’m done with DQ.

We had terrible service. Waited over 20 minutes for 2 items. The blizzard we ordered was half melted and was not mixed well and seemed to be missing heath candy. Employee at the till was borderline rude.

Terrible service. We ordered 2 items a blizzard and a peanut buster parfait. The store was not busy as we didn't even have to wait to order. It took over 20 minutes and they did not deliver it to our table. The blizzard was not mixed well and was not made correctly and half melted. The young man at the till was rude. Tables in dining room were dirty. Lots of employees milling around visiting and in no hurry to get orders out. We will not be back.

Used to be one of our favorite places to go as a family but as of recently that has changed. Bunch of crabby and rude young adults/teenagers. Especially the guy who works at the drive thru window. Twice now he has declined our gift card that has a balance on it stating it had no money on it. First time I asked for it back (he was going to keep it) and then later called the balance call line and it had $20 dollars on it. So I called to let the manager know what had happened and that maybe he could get more training on how to run gift cards. Visited again today and same issues with this kid.. he had nothing but attitude when we asked him to have someone else run the gift card. Told us “they told me it was banned” whatever that means. And then rudely handed us the drink with his thumb over the straw hole just to be a jerk and be gross. Definitely don’t recommend visiting after school hours or on weekends when these rude kids are working.

Good food and service. $5 meal deal now $8. Still not bad considering other places. Clean, usually busy.

Kid-friendliness: Kids love ice cream

They did not have......CHOCOLATE!! Went to Culvers instead.
