People aren’t very friendly. Ordered online so I could watch my kids play and they just screamed for me from the counter. Also was told I just grab my own cups and help myself to my drinks. Worst part though, the place is absolutely disgusting! Lobby, play area and bathrooms all disgusting! Tables/booths never wiped down, felt like I had to rush home to shower after bringing my daughter into the bathroom!
Fries were stale and cold, there was pop spilled all over the counter all over the floors, there 3 ketchup cups splattered all over by where you order. The worker's were not paying attention to the costumers and gossiping about other worker's. This is not the first time my family has encountered a dramatic filled atmosphere with a very dirty store! We spend at least $38-40 for this kind of service?!

Parking: I have not an idea about free or paid parking as I am visiting by walk but, yes parking is available.
Kid-friendliness: There is Play area with ride sliding available inside the restaurant.
