I rarely order out. In fact this is the first time I’ve gotten food delivered in almost 4 years. I’d never ordered from this Pizza Hut in Grand Rapids, and have always liked their food- actually used to work for Pizza Hut in Coeur D’ Alene, ID. When I got my food I was disappointed to see they hadn’t brought ranch as I’d asked. They also didn’t put the icing dip for the cinnistix in the box. The pizza was undercooked and the “extra cheese” doesn’t seem to have been added either.
I guess I should’ve known that these days things are different and people don’t put their heart into making things a positive experience for the customer… maybe my expectations were too high… or maybe I should’ve gotten exactly what I paid for?

If I could give less stars I would. We were greeted with "what can I do for you" when we walked in. We should have went with our gut and walked out. They do not have ice water so they charge $1.75 per bottle and $4.00 for a bottle of pop. Ketchup packets to serve with their fries and they do not have salt and pepper. Our pizza was a pan crust but was not cooked in a pan and was not done. I wouldn't waste my money coming back.

Ordered our food for dine in. They only have bottled pop and our server never brought it to us so we had to go up and get it ourselves. Food is not good at all.

Worse pizza hut I've been too in years. prices where doubled from the prices online. I had to ask for the bill and a box because nobody even checked on us after they dropped the food off.
Went in to eat haven't been there in years. Place was empty. The waitress was so quiet I had to ask her what she said, she wanted to know what we wanted to drink, she gave us menu's. No prices on the menu, I said can we have a menu that has prices, waitress said the prices change all the time and they don't want to have to change menus all the time, didn't want to order without knowing the price of what we were ordering, waitress didn't seem to want to help or be there, so we left without ordering and went to Boulder Tap. Thought we would give them another try. Wouldn't recommend them.

I grabbed 2 orders of cheesy bread in less than 15mins. It's weird u get one more bread stick with their orders, but double the price than Deer River

Don’t order from here. Literally ordered at 9:20 and by 11 they just decided to cancel my order instead of delivering it. It was supposed to be delivered at 9:55. Absolute joke trying to contact the customer service. Talking to a foreigner trying to find my order is absolutely ridiculous. I will never order from another Pizza Hut.

Grand Rapids MN Pizza Hut didn't make 3 of our pizzas, when asked if there was a deal on stuffed crust, they said no. However if you order online it is $5 cheaper. I was in a rush and after a long day, I wanted to bring my kids home pizza, we live an hour away, they didn't make 3 of the ordered pizzas.
