The workers were not very happy and when we asked to have our wraps toasted they said that they could not do that because it would turn into a chip, at the milaca mn subway if I ask to have my wraps toasted they just do it. And they just toasted the meet, not even asking if I wanted the cheese toasted. When my wrap was closed it was not wrapped properly, the stuff was starting to fall apart before she even cut it, and the cut did not even go halfway through.

Due to my order asked if my sandwich could be placed in a bowl ( a diffrent subway did) and was told they would have to charge the price of a salad. Management/owner this is ridiculous. I wouldn't mind paying $1 i understand the cost but the price of a salad?

I wish people would change gloves between handling bread then veggies. Ordered a salad and they had gloves on to cut bread then made the salad.

We pass through Grand Rapids every few weeks & stopping here is always part of our trip. The service here is top notch! They are so fast & friendly at the same time. Even with a line of people we're in & out in under 5-10 minutes. They work great as a team & it's obvious that management works hard to keep everything flowing smoothly. I'm not even a big fan of Subway but the staff here keep me coming back every time.

Clean place, rushed in helping people so service is fast but not that friendly
Just went to this place. I got a meatball sub. Three people ahead of me and numerous people behind me and they think it’s more important to prepare 5 to go subs as if we weren’t waiting in line for 20 minutes. Brought my sub back to the place I’m working pulled my sub out to start eating and the sauce of the meatballs is making the paper soggy and ripped a hole in the paper that led to sauce dripping all over me. Realized they didn’t put foil wrap around the sub, just the paper. Which led to a meatball and a jalapeño falling onto my pants. Ruining my work clothes.. I don’t mind other subways but this one is a joke.

I just got two sandwiches from there and I believe the dudes name was mason. He recommended a sauce and boy it hit the spot. I loved it. I'm definitely coming back there. Good job.
Live about 2 blocks from here and visit almost daily. I have food allergies and the staff is excellent when I ask them to use new gloved, etc. Awesome food and amazing service. Highly recommend.

We have had just ok the last time we’re at this subway. The sub was too dry, lettuce old and cucumbers had a smell to them. Decided after a couple of weeks to try again. Lettuce in container looked old, wilted and off color decided not to add it. And again sub bread was old dry and cucumbers were awful. I actually thru the whole thing out. So crossing this place off my list.
