Best Hardee’s in Minnesota!! A must stop on our way to Sioux Falls!!
ordered big chicken sandwich meal. soda was ok, fries were fresh -but- chicken was old, looked and tasted like a recycled spicy chicken and was about the size of 2 small nuggets. peeling off the breading, chicken itself had a nasty yellow-orange coating and tasted very bad. sandwhich went into the garbage and no more hardees.
We just went through the drivethru on our long drive home after the exhausting holiday weekend. The woman that spoke to us through the speaker as we ordered, and then again at the window, was pleasant, funny, helpful, and kind! Michelle was the name on her name tag. Kudos Michelle! You are clearly fantastic at customer service! And kudos to the employer for having great staff!
