Since change in ownership food quality and flavors have diminished. My order tonight with Pad thai- the noodles have changed and are not delightful. Tonights meal was a disappointment. My husband's chicken fried rice was dry and lacking flavor even with spice level 2 which normally isn't the case. It's also appalling that those who eat inside cannot get even a glass of tap water anymore. That is a disservice to customer service, especially to families who have kids and limited finances.

Udom's Thai restaurant has recently changed hands. This restaurant used to have very friendly and helpful servers. However, last night we ordered ahead of time and asked if we could sit inside the restaurant and eat our food. The person behind the counter said yes, however, when I asked for glasses of tap water at the table she said "no, we can't do that, you will have to purchase bottles of water". We have always received glasses of water at the table in this restaurant, but now this has changed. We spent $50 on food but were not able to get two glasses of tap water? We live in the Hackensack community and like to support local business but we won't be back to this restaurant. Your quality of service has been drastically reduced.

Eating in currently, April 2021, a pretty weak experience. One must order at counter, food served in styrofoam takeout containers, plastic utensils, no glasses available for wine or beer. Eating to go not much better. Both of our meals had noodles that pretty much congealed in the 30 minute drive home. A bit disappointing.
Our last three times here now we have received horrible service and tonight was the final straw. We are done coming here, which is a shame because we really do like the egg rolls. Tonight I sat in the parking lot for 45 minutes waiting for them to call me to come in and pick up my order. After 30 min past the time they said it would be ready, I went inside and they said they had tried to call me. Nope, they wrote the phone number wrong. When I mentioned the food would be cold they blew me off and told me what the total was. I paid it and brought it home where we ate cold and soggy egg rolls. The two times before that, I asked for a small cup of cilantro to put on my Pad Thai and offered to pay extra for it. They refused \"because it doesn't normally come on our Pad Thai.\" Also they are currently not offering their fresh spring rolls to-go right now \"due to COVID\" which makes zero sense. Consistent bad service will make you lose customers, even if the food is good!!!

The service is a little slow but if your in this area and looking for some soul food definitely worth the wait. They have a limited menu but the green beans basil stir fry, pad Thai and shrimp tum yum was delicious.

Great food for a small town restraunt. WE NEED SPRING ROLLS BACK! Stir fry is excellent and fried rice is like no other. ohh do egg rolls to, you will never want one from anywhere else.
