“I order at around 5AM a few times per the work week. The ladies and gentlemen that work the morning shift are so wonderful! Always greeting me with a smile and appreciate when I’m able to tip. My drinks are always made great and consistent!! I used to work at a Starbucks and I know it’s not an easy task and how crazy it gets during the busy hours! I’ve been to this location in the afternoon as well and it is always a great experience (just wanted to comment on when I frequent this location).

“NOT happy again, I had a terrible experience the last time my family ordered. We had two identical pizzas, one with a gluten free crust and one without. Neither pizza was labeled. I called and the girl was very derogatory stating what each crust "looked like" which is not an option to guess when one has gluten issues that can make them ill. I was also told that " we don't label them unless you request they are labeled" (ridiculous) Even Domino's labels their pizzas and they sell tons.\n\nI asked that the manager call me- never happened, got no response... I haven't ordered anything in almost 3 months because of this. \nTonight, M 10-27-2025, at 6:30 ish, I decided to give them another chance, I did mention the problem last time and unfortunately, I was once again, spoken down to in a derogatory manner, told that if I ordered a gluten free pizza it doesn't need to be labeled since the other pizza is a large size in our order. \nLow and behold, my husband picks up our order and it once again, is NOT labeled. \nI would like to continue to be a customer here, but with employees that don't care who are answering the phone, I think we will have to take our business elsewhere. \nQuestions remain- was this the same girl from our previous order that took our order tonight? Did she even tell the pizza maker to label the box?\nDid she even ask the manager to call me last time? It might just be one employee who needs to be educated on gluten sensitivity and why some people cannot eat gluten. Very frustrating and terrible customer service as well, I would never speak to a customer in this manner.”

“My son has had two birthday parties here and both have been phenomenal. The staff is so responsive and made all his wishes come true! We were worried it would be too much with a dozen kids running around and all the chaos that ensues, but they were so accommodating. Very very affordable too. The only place I'll go around here as a result.”

“The calzones aren’t what they used to be. What you’ll get is a flat calzone with the bare minimum of veggies, sauce and cheese. It’s kinda sad, especially since the darn thing is roughly $15.00.”

“Just went to the North Branch Burger King. Super friendly service! And their 2 for $5 deal puts McDonald’s to shame. Try BK’s fish sandwich and the sourdough double king. It is HUGE! My only complaint would be to fix the parking lot potholes. Otherwise, North Branch BK gets an A+ in my book!”

“I see a lot of teens working at this location and they are all so polite!! Better workers than most adults! And my food is always clean and fresh! I say that because I’ve gone to other locations and food will be extra greasy and sloppy. I highly recommend this location!! Keep up the good work guys!! You’re hard work doesn’t go unnoticed!!! Side note that I mostly go there for breakfast so that could make a difference”
