Stopped in for a quick bite of bar food today and was pleasantly surprised! Neisen's bar is clean and friendly. They serve bar food and good drinks. Lots of fun vintage liquor memorabilia. New tv's, new chairs and tables and did I mention super clean? Even the bathrooms exceed your expectation for a dive bar. Recommend for a stop for drinks, quick food and pull tabs.
