I was looking for some prepped meal options that are tasty and healthy…I think I’ve found it.
We tried some of the big national brands as a busy couple without a ton of time to make meals. They were all fine for a while, but to be honest they never tasted great. We were between meal prep companies, and we got a recommendation for Individual Nutrition, so we went for it!

My family has been getting meals delivered weekly for the past three months. Food is absolutely delicious and well prepared. Menu changes weekly so there is always variety and I appreciate that I can adjust the foods for low carb, extra protein or a larger portion. If you are a busy but still wants to eat well with fresh foods, I highly recommend this local service!
Great food! Love the different menu items and allows for a change for the family! I also like that I can do a la carte too if I want. Highly recommend!!
